Overview

The Communications and Media team align its mission with our Local Mission 

Mission statement: Building Bridges of Hope

MAJOR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMMUNICATION & MEDIA DEPARTMENT
1. Increased utilization of Adventist identity standards

2. Provide online resources that are relevant to the students and Leaders in equipping them for God's service

3. Ensure that we have email contact for each Sub-ASA Ministries

4. Establish WhatsApp Groups and other social media technology for connecting with all Adventist and non-Adventist students and Communities

5. Establish Media Grading System for evaluating each Sub-ASA readiness for effective communication.

6. Utilize electronic media to share the fundamental of students ministries/Campus Ministry and also teachings of the SDA church

7. Provide copies of each of our current Hope FM radio 107.5 programmes on the Website

8. Acquire hardware and software that will improve the quality of service provided by the Communications and Media Department

9. Create facility for Online Giving/Donations

10. Educate members on effective use of media and technology for witnessing, worship, fellowship and spiritual growth

11. Provide Communication Certification course to our Sub-ASA Ministries Secretaries

12. Annual Training for Communication and Media Training for our Sub-ASA Ministry Secretaries

13. Greater access to and sharing of information among all students through weekly E-focus, our Website, Social Media Platforms and the Central Focus
